depends on what porridge.a bowl of Oatmeal without sugar or additives made with water is thousands time better than bran flakes that you eat with milk 100% 1 Vote

i would say bran flakes cos it makes you go to the toilet alot more (number two) which will make you feel lighter and all the excersise going back and for the toilet will keep you fit!!!!!

porridge it fills you up and releases slowly energy through the day so you might not snack at lunch

oatmeal is better but you can eat bran flakes also. cut out the sodas and sweets

Porridge - It makes you feel fuller for longer, Slow release fibre, I suppose you could have one one week then the other another week :)

mix the two. bran flakes will give you all the roughage(fibre) you need in your diet, the raw (yes i said raw), porridge oats are the best thing you can eat to lower collesterol levels. put equal amounts of both in a bowl, add milk and sweetener to your own taste. I used to eat this for many years when i was weight lifting,and still do once or twice a week.it takes some getting used to but is well worth it, the results are good.
