It%26#039;s really hard to follow a weight-loss plan working the way that I do. Even after all these years, I still don%26#039;t know when to sleep or eat. I don%26#039;t sleep well, except when I%26#039;m off %26amp; then I sleep my day off away. I can%26#039;t quit my job because there aren%26#039;t any more jobs here that pay what I make. They%26#039;ve all gone south. HELP!

it has been shown in studies that people like you have the easiest time gaining weight because of the stress on your body so my first suggestion that is easier said than done is try to get rid of some stress try yoga at home or at a gym whatever makes it easy on you take it easy and have one day where you dont give a damn! relax!

you don%26#039;t need a weight loss plan, just eat balanced (all food groups) don%26#039;t eat unhealthy things, instead follow something like the sone with 5 small meals a day of healthy things amd for the excersice just go and walk or run for a half an hour each day after work. Mainly stop eating unhelthy things between meals.
