Try doing cardio at LEAST 3 times a week for 20 minutes or more. I like the treadmill, but you can also jumprope, swim, do the elliptical, or anything else that raises your heartrate. Find time to exercise and you%26#039;ll feel tons better!

Stay away from soda
Limit sugar intake (use the low glycemic diet)
Drink lots of water for hydration
Exercise, exercise, and exercise
and most important be patient with your body weight loss does not happen overnight so do not be too hard on yourself. Go for 1-2 pounds per week. Remember it is a lifestyle change not a quick fix.

Substitute the following foods
soda with water
juice with real fruit
beer with light beer
white bread with wheat bread
drop sugar from your diet
and take a 20 minute brisk walk after dinner everyday.

yes, slimming world. I have lost 5 stone on it. Amazing. I know it s hard work but god it works
