Weight loss / Weight training?
Okay, so most weight loss advisers say weight training is a key element, because increasing muscle mass increases your BMR, etc. After looking at a few random sites, though, I keep hearing that to actually gain muscle from working out, you have to eat more calories than usual. But if I%26#039;m trying to lose weight, that%26#039;s the exact opposite of what I%26#039;m doing! So is weight training beneficial at all if you%26#039;re eating a reduced amount of calories?
Thanks!
