Realistic Goal, Food Plan %26amp; Free Website 4 Weight loss? So I want to lose about 70lbs for may, and I dont want that icky flabby skin. Is that a realistic goal?

Also, can anyone tell me a plan for exercise %26amp; foods that will help. Is there any free site [besides sparkspeople] that can help with weight?

  • I want to lose about 30 pounds to. i can tell you your goal is very realistic if you stick with it and believe in yourself. The cabbage soup diet is a one week diet and works very well. you can research it on google. you lose up to 12 punds in one week. please please please take a look at it. its great personal experience 0% 0 Votes
