Flax seed and flax oil are VERY good for the body - especially when it comes to weight loss. I would recommend putting it in shakes but using the ground flax.Another good suggestion - I made oatmeal cookies the other day and substituted half the amount of sugar the recipie called for and added ground flax. The cookies were delicious not to mention healthy! 100% 1 Vote
