Naturally, do cardio every morning for half an hour before breakfast, and eat less fat, lean meats and vegetables. But still... 40lbs in two months sounds a bit too ambitious. I would say 24lbs in two months should be a decent, very ambitious, but achieveable with hard work, target.

just increase you physical activity and decrease your food intake by 10%. over time when you notice it slowing down increase by 5-10%. also drink green tea
other than that you can%26#039;t lose that much weight in that amount of time.. it%26#039;s bad for you.
