hunny, first of all you should love urself regardless. My suggestion is to be happy with urself, thats healthy. Once ur accept urself then you will be motivated to get out there and go for a walk, or join a gym. Also a diet fully of veggies and friut, whole grains and dairy products. Everything in moderation when it comes to sugar and bad fats. So change ur diet and get out there and be active. Dont resort to diet pills, they are bad for you. 100% 1 VoteOther Answers (2)

Change of diet and exercise is a start. It takes a while to see results but once you do it happens fast. Whatever you do, do not develop an eating disorder. I don%26#039;t like gyms at all but you could try something at your house.
