Weight Loss Food? Hello, I%26#039;m 13 years old, and I want to lose weight! Does anybody know some good food for breakfast, dinner, and lunch that will help with weight loss? I don%26#039;t really want a link to a website unless it is really good. Also, I don%26#039;t really cook that much, so if it takes more than like 30 minutes to cook, I%26#039;m not interested ^_^.

  • Find a website with %26quot;negative calorie foods%26quot; these are food that when eaten raw take more calories to consume than you get from the food. These can not be eaten as your only intake throughout the day but make good snacks. And go for a bike ride with friends, staying active is good.
