Weight loss %26gt;.%26lt;?
Okay, I really wanna lose at least 15 pounds before school starts (aug.20). And I have stopped drinking soda, I dont over eat and i walk for about 35 mins a day. But I know its not enough, can anyone give me some more to do to lose more weight? Like i can increase my walking time thats no problem but yeah...oh and before you tell me its unhealthy I know so I decided I%26#039;ll be happy with 8-10 but 15 would be amazing :)

argg. okay i am a recovering couch potato or how ever it%26#039;s spelt and a home body o.O so like walking is what i%26#039;m gonna do till i%26#039;m comfortable or shall i say able enough to run.
