Is this true? or is it good for a diet??
Also... i eat special K advatange instred to original which is higher in fibre and protien so would that make it an even better choice???

Like all diets, it works for some people, and not for others. Personally, cereal diets work for me, because a bowl of cereal is really filling to me and it lasts about 3-5 hours. But anything else with that few calories, im starving in an hour. You could try it and see if it works, good luck.:):) 100% 1 Vote

I eat Fiber One cereal. There%26#039;s three different kinds. One of them has almost 11 grams of dietary fiber, which is a necessity for weight loss. Plus, fiber makes you poop, so if you have a slow metabolism, it helps. It%26#039;s kind of cheating, but it works, and it tastes good! Just eat it with low fat milk, and you%26#039;ll do great. But also make sure you%26#039;re eating well at your other meals, or else it will do nothing.
