Around mid-February, I started having a lot home and relationship problems and started emotionally eating that eventually turned into binging, and I gained the ten pounds I lost, plus some more within a month.
So, for the past two weeks, I%26#039;ve been trying to return to my old routine. I exercise daily (at least half an hour) and count my calories, trying to eat %26quot;good%26quot; foods and stay away from junk, yet I haven%26#039;t lost any weight at all. I could understand if I was at a plateau mid-weight-loss, but I know I have all this excess fat and weight from binging that I hoped would be easier to get off.
I am going to Europe in June, and I was hoping to get fit and %26quot;decent looking%26quot; by then, but now I%26#039;m afraid that two months is a lost cause. Is there any way to boost my weight loss up so I can see faster results? Or am I out of luck?

Oh, and stats wise.I%26#039;m 20 years old. About 5%26#039;4 and 157lbs last time I checked, which puts my BMI above 25, so I%26#039;m clinically overweight.

I would love some answers from real people, and not just spammers trying to promote a product or get money from people. That would be GREAT....Martin 100% 1 Vote 0% 0 Votes where I saved $30 on Proactol and got a lot of info there. Good luck and I hope this helps. 0% 0 Votes
