How does fiber assist weight loss? i keep hearing that a high fiber diet can lead to weight loss. is this true? why or why not is this true?

there is a direct correlation between the fiber intake resting insulin levels. insulin is a storage hormone and controlling insulin is the key to fat loss. there is also a direct correlation between the glycemic index and glycemic load of the carbohydrates consumed and the body weight, fat mass and waist circumference in women. which means if you are going to consume carbs they must be high in fiber.
