currently i only do:
10 sit-ups
and like 100 bikecycle things on my back
and jog for 30 min.
i don%26#039;t have plans this summer so yeah i could do anything really, but i do have a problem with binge eating and i it goes to my stomach.. i really want abs or at least a slimmer
for dinner i also only eat some kind of fast food, once a week; the rest is homecooked, mosty bbq now and we have salad with every dinner.
~any tips on what exercise i should do.. and food to eat?.. i sorta want to go on a diet where you count calories, i think that%26#039;s the easiest for me.. and i have ddr at home.. but i can only do that at night really. so help? i want to change my life style for the better

one thing that helps me avoid binge eating is to write down what I eat (and how much of it). it makes me less likely to go for a second handful of m%26amp;ms if I know I have to write it down. It also helps you be more aware of what you%26#039;re eating rather than eating absentmindedly. You need to eat every time that you%26#039;re hungry, but don%26#039;t mistake %26quot;not full%26quot; for hungry (which I tend to do %26lt;g%26gt;)Good for you for staying active...that%26#039;s really the most important thing. Rather than making workouts a chore, do something fun that%26#039;s also active. Like shopping? go to the mall and pick up the pace while you%26#039;re walking (or walk to the store if it%26#039;s safe/close). Go to the pool. Ride a bike. Walk around the neighborhood with some friends. Jump rope, play tennis, basketball, or the sport of your choice.
You can always do your situps and bicycles while watching TV.
I%26#039;d strongly recommend NOT going on a diet just start writing down what you eat. 100% 1 Vote
