Which sport is the best for weight loss ?
I go swiming and I dont know if this is good for weight loss, also about the food, I reduces my carbs and sugar, I hope I am on a right track I will apreciate all your answers and coments..

swimming is the best excercise period, add in weightlifting 3 x a week you will burn alot of calories.
Aerobic excercise burns calories while you are doing them.
Anaerobic excercises burn calories all the time.

Running is one of the best sports for burning calories. The faster you run the more calories you burn. Of course it can lead to arthritic knee joints due to repetitive strain, particularly if you run on hard surfaces such as concrete. Squash is also particularly good for burning calories - of course it does involve a lot of running!
