Are bananas good or bad during weight loss?
I%26#039;m trying to lose weight and have been working hard for the past one month or so. Unfortunately my rate of weight loss won%26#039;t go over 1 lb/week. I am trying to cut down on whatever might hurt me in my diet and I was wondering how good or bad bananas are. I eat one everyday about an hour before going to the gym. I just realized 25% or bananas are carbs - is this bad? Should I find another fruit? I am a 23 year old male trying to lose over 50 lbs.
and type in some different fruits you like. You can find one that has calories that are acceptable, fiber, etc that you may be looking for.
I think bananas are bad. First they have too much calories, too much carbs and second they can bring you constipation, a really bad one :) Good luck with the weight loss!
