Please help me! : D weight loss help? okay so here%26#039;s my story.
i currently weight around 156 or so.
i want to get to around 110.
i have a summer band camp on july 21 and i want to be slimmer by then.
i want to lose at least 25 pounds or more by july.
how can i do this?
i am serious about losing weight.
how can i accomplish my weight loss goal?
please help me!

okay and about the eating.
i typically eat lean meats, and lots of fruits %26amp; veggies.
i try to avoid bread and stuff like that.

as of right now, i dance an hour a day, but i%26#039;m not sure that%26#039;s enough exercise! or am i wrong?

i have a diet that will let you lose 6 pounds a week
[healthy wayy and it totaly worked im on it right now!!]

i eat :
breakffast:1 hard boiled egg with 2 spoons of sour cream

lunch:salad

dinner: chicken salad

[chicen breasts mixed with a salad =]] MEE and some doctorss 100% 1 Vote
