Can you help me decide on a great weight loss pill?
and to me the want do of know exercise you decideCan you help me decide on a great weight loss pill?
I know all the risk, and I know I need to eat well and exercise, and yes of course I do both. I am 160 pounds, gained the weight quickly because of contraceptive and now I want to lose it rapidly. I want to get to 140. So, please do not give me a lecture. Please help me decide which one is best. I have already decided that I will take these pills along with my regular exercise and better diet.
