Can drinking Tea help with weight loss around the stomach? I just wanted to know if drinking tea can help you feel unbloated and help with weight loss and if so how much tea do i have to drink

Depends, stress effects you%26#039;re body in a negative way, including gaining weight. If it helps you relax then yep, some claim to help with weight loss, that I don%26#039;t know about. I enjoy green tea for the antioxidants in it Fitness Instructor

  • I heard green tea can help you lose weight so I drank tons of it and it did nothing. If you are feeling bloated all the time you may want to look at your diet and see what is causing that. Some times if you aren%26#039;t getting a steady level of fiber in your diet every day you can get bloated, although some say the fiber causes that... but if you eat plenty of vegi%26#039;s a day your body gets use to the fiber and it calms down.
