Does anybody know where I can find a Qucik Weight Loss diet plan?

Does anybody know where I can find a Qucik Weight Loss diet plan? I have been exercising 4 times a week at a place that is similar to curves called Butterfly Life. I feel great from exercising, but I am not losing any weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really need to start eating healthier. There are some Quick Weight Loss places around here, but I really don%26#039;t have the extra money get into it. I had a baby June 1st, am 5%26#039;9%26quot; and weigh 240.
