How to loss weight the most safe/efficent way? I just got into college, the food here is really unhealthy, I was 220 now I am around 240. I really do not want to go back to being fat(even 220 is not so thin). I do not have a lot of time to work out. Can someone tell me a way that will help me to loss weight efficiently? to vote!
