Why is water so important in weight loss?
If you drink 8 glasses of water a day, won%26#039;t you bloat and gain weight instead of lose it?

Look, if you don%26#039;t drink water, your body primitively starts to store all fluids, which in turn makes you bloat, which in turn,makes you put on weight. Drink warm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon. Why warm water? Because it is easier to digest and your body doesn%26#039;t burn energy on heating it in the stomach. Filtered water, preferably.

8 galsses a day is normal, you have to take in atleast 2 L water per day. im assuming your on a diet, try quitting it, eat healthy but normal, stay hydrated and do cardio, that way youll lose weight in time, weight loss diets DONT work. exercise only way to go.
