How long do I need to walk daily to show some weight loss. I am about 6 kgs overweight and am 45 yrs old.?
I am 6 kgs ( 13.20 lbs ) overweight. I am giving myself 3 months to reach my targer weight of 55 kgs.

well i be leave that if you walk at least 2 to 5 miles a day up to 30 miles a month you will start to see some resalts and you should be happy the way you are no one should change it is the way they are supost to be and that way is perfect
Just walk as far and as long as you can...then walk home. And remember to include some hills in your route.

45-60 mins daily...at a fast pace...till u get sweating n panting a litle.......increase first by starting to walk 20 mins daily (as much as u can mange) then slowly increase the time by 5 mins every week till u get to one hour daily.......then when u%26#039;re used to itr u can start walking more likwe 20 mins extra but preferably at a different time..like 1 hr in morning n 20 mins in evening......my be this helps

walking briskly though if its just a leisure walk than you now going to burn many calories and if you can try to walk uphill
maybe do a slow jog if you can
