  • You have hit a plateau! Try mixing up your work-out, or even taking a day or two off. Your body%26#039;s metabolism has evened out, therefore it isn%26#039;t burning as much calories.

If you do your cardio in the morning, try doing it the afternoon or evening.

Try a different type of cardio - if you are doing treadmill, do sprints instead.

The body needs variety (it is the spice of life).

I went through the same thing, but you will work through it!

You will hit these plateaus every once in a while, so don%26#039;t worry too much. Good luck, and keep sweating! 0% 0 Votes
  • Your probably gaining muscle thats all. Adjust how much cardio you do. 0% 0 Votes

  • A couple of reasons off the top of my head. Your caloric intake is still higher than your output. You%26#039;re perhaps losing fat but also gaining muscle you didn%26#039;t have before. Thus the numbers are slowing down.

Do you have a way to have your body fat ratio done? Or could you go somewhere to have it measured and then take a good approach. 0% 0 Votes
