Can anti-depressant medication be used for weight loss?

Can anti-depressant medication be used for weight loss? I read somewhere that and anti-depresent med helped with weight loss because it raised serotonin levels? Has anyone else heard of this?

• It could help the person be happier and eat less. Generally, they cause weight gain. Serotonin is not linked to weight, except the happiness issue.
• Most antidepressants cause weight gain. I gained 20 pounds on Prozac. Most people gain weight.
