Trust me on this, each soda can contains about 6 spoons of sugar, sugar is very bad for someone who want to be healthy, that is why you lost so much weight!!!As you go through a diet, then you need to keep on updating your targets.
Each month you will learn something new and have new weight loss targets that you have attained to.
You will know from feedback to yourself and perhaps others that some bits are going well whilst others might need more focus. For instance if you decided to drink less but are finding it hard with all those social occasions then you can set next months targets to specifically include no more than one glass of wine on any day, weekend or not.
By varying targets each month you ensure they are focused ultimately on you and not generic ones from books.
This helps you take ownership and in turn stick to and meet goals over a longer period of time.
can you give m more details on ur diet, what are you taking? do you use constipation pills? what is ur height??

Absolutely, soft drinks containts a lot of sugar and a lot of calories and because it is in liquid form, you don%26#039;t feel it so you eat normally. Since you stop drinking soda and started drinking other stuff (I hope it%26#039;s water), your body didn%26#039;t have those calories. Also, if you do drink water, it cleanses the body letting you lose even more weight.

taking soda out of you diet would have a huge impact on your health and most likely weight. It%26#039;s tough to say if the weight loss is a direct result of your decision to stop drinking soda, but I%26#039;m sure it was at least partly responsible.

Absolutely. Soda has so many empty calories and so much sugar. I also have stopped drinking soda, but only recently. It%26#039;s a good thing to get away from if you can.

Yeh, Soda usually contains sugar.

Soda has a lot of calories, so cutting out soda can be a huge help in losing weight. Losing 5 pounds over a month and a half is a normal and healthy weight loss, I wouldt be worried.

It may be, my sister quit drinking pop last July, it was Mt. Dew, and she has lost 18 pounds. She hasnt stopped eating or changed her life style, just dropped the dew. Good luck and keep at it. OH, she replaced it with water though, if that helps...
