Wow. Good luck to you. My main concern is that need enough calorie entake for all that energy you are expending. Make sure you don%26#039;t workout too much and if you feel achy or sore to take a break for a day before going back to your exercise. Also, at your weight it wouldn%26#039;t be healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week. I know it seems really hard to stay at it with small results, but that is the healthiest thing to do. 100% 1 Vote

You may lose fat but you are going to build up quite a bit of muscle which actually weighs more. Good cardio in what you want to do but you need to go to a gym and have someone help guide you to lose weight but not gain alot of muscle in the meantime. My girlfriend did that and firmed up her body with very little weight gain.
Boy, to be 125 lbs again... how nice that would be.

I would guess 5 to 10 pounds but if I were you I would watch you measurements not your weight because if you are not use to working out you may gain muscle so it may seem like you arent losing weight even if you are losing fat. Remember muscle weighs more that fat.

according to your height and weight your bmi is 23, means your weight is absolutely perfect. don%26#039;t do this much exercises, 30 min of swimming or a jog or a brisk walk is sufficient to keep you healthy with a good nutrition diet. with these sternous exercises you will loose minimum of 6 pounds in a month if your diet is proper but if your diet is too less you may loose more than this and might become undernourished person. so don%26#039;t think of loosing weight think of maintaining it or staying healthy.

depends on you metabolism and how hard you go in your exercise. If you keep the calories down (and if you are doing that much exercise its going to be hard!) then 10 poundish.
Are you doing this for a specific event? If not then you should look a bit further ahead and try to make up a regime that you can keep doing. Then instead of a short time loss that will probably come back if you stop your exercise you will become healthier and fitter every day and it will be self sustaining!

you can work out all you want but alot also depends on your caloric/fat intake...dont go over 1500 calories a day and gosh with all that exercise i would say about 5-10 lbs but dont over do it.
