Anywho, everyone gave you some great advice. The only thing I have to add is to do something you enjoy. I%26#039;m prone to get bored with a typical work out so I switch frequently. Also, I have an account with Blockbuster where they send you movies to your house AND they have a huge assortment of excersice and aerobic dvds. That way I can make an absolute fool of myself at home but workout like I%26#039;m taking a class. :)

Edit-And just a note, skip the diet soda and drink the real stuff. Studies have shown that diet really doesn%26#039;t help at all. I don%26#039;t drink any soda%26#039;s, but if you must, you might as well drink the good stuff if it all works the same. :) 0% 0 Votes
