Good weight loss exercises I can do at home? I%26#039;m 17, Male and am trying to lose some extra weight.
I no longer have a gym membership, because I was quite ill for about 8-10 weeks, but i%26#039;m al better now and want to shed some weight fast for summer.
I have no equipment, just a mat and a large living room floor!
