I have been doing this for a year and have lost 70 pounds. It is extremely hard for me to lose weight. I eat minimum amounts of sugar I use splenda. And I eat very little meat and it is chicken breast I usually eat vegtables and fresh fruits. Weight loss is mostly baout what you are eating. I personally believe that its also when you eat tooo. Eat a large breakfast....a smaller lunch ....and an even smaller dinner. Avoid snacks....and don%26#039;t eat a meal later than 7:00 at night. 0% 0 Votes
If I were you, I%26#039;d also throw in some weights. Even just hand weights, and do squats and lunges too. That will really help you burn fat. 0% 0 Votes
