  • You are getting lots of cardio but adding weight training 3x a week could be what you need to get things going again.

Also, crazy as it sounds, up your calories to about 1500 for a week and then go back to 1200. Sometimes our bodies get used to the lower calorie intake and go into %26quot;starvation mode%26quot;. By increasing your cals for a short time you tell your body %26quot;hey, here is lots of food%26quot; and when you go back to the lower cal intake your weight loss will take off again. 0% 0 Votes

  • You could easily be over training and under eating. I don%26#039;t recommend doing moe than 30 minutes of cardio a day...but do it every day. You will have to add in resistance training, as you can only boost your metabolism so much with weak muscles.

Weight loss is mostly baout what you are eating. I personally believe that its also when you eat tooo. Eat a large breakfast....a smaller lunch ....and an even smaller dinner. Avoid snacks....and don%26#039;t eat a meal later than 7:00 at night. 0% 0 Votes
  • Are you positive you%26#039;re eating 1200 a day? Try writing down everything you eat for a couple days...you could be hundreds of calories off! It%26#039;s impossible for you to be eating that amount and exercising that much and not losing weight.

If I were you, I%26#039;d also throw in some weights. Even just hand weights, and do squats and lunges too. That will really help you burn fat. 0% 0 Votes
  • I know this may sound silly but I bought a jump rope 2 weeks ago and already lost 5 pounds now 101 (im very very short) 4%26quot;9 anyway it really helped it burns ALOT of calories about 500-750 if you do it for an hour. 0% 0 Votes
