What is the best breakfast to have during weight loss? in your oppinion and experience, what is the best breakfast to start the day in a diet....for someone trying to lose weight??

~Oatmeal (you CAN have the instant kind in packets despite what a previous responder said- just buy weight watchers or kashi oatmeal if it%26#039;s instant)
~Fruit Salad
~2 pieces of whole grain, reduced cal toast and egg whites
~Scrambled Egg Whites/Egg Beaters with nonfat or reduced fat cheese
~Breakfast smoothie with yogurt and fruit
~Cottage Cheese and fruit
~HEALTHY cereal (cheerios, kashi golean (not crunch), special k with protein, fiberone %26lt;-- not too tasty but good for you) you just might have to add a little splenda for taste
~Whole Wheat Waffle with PB and banana or honey and banana
~FiberOne English Muffins or Thomas%26#039;s 100 calorie english muffins with a poached egg and a bit of light cheese

And there are so many more! Just be creative! I lose weight very effectively with eating a breakfast like these!

  • in malaysia, they eat %26#039;nasi lemak%26#039; for breakfast.
  • Deffinently NOT cereal! Cereal fills you up to fast with the milk. And you will need more protein and calories in the morning. If you don%26#039;t eat a good breakfast, you will most likely start snacking throughout the whole day, starting at around 10am. Here%26#039;s a good idea:
    -1 egg,
    -2 or 3 turkey suasages (they taste just like the ones at Ihop, but they%26#039;re healthier bcuz they%26#039;re turkey)
    -1 glass of orange juice or milk
    -2 slices of toast with healthy butter and jam
    -If you%26#039;re STILL hungry, have a bowl of oatmeal. (but not the kind that comes in a bag because those have lots of sugar)

    This is A BREAKFAST THAT IS GOOD IN PROTEIN.

    i eat 2 hard boiled eggs every day (i dnt eat the yolk) and some juice. it really fills me up (and burns off last nyts dinner!)
