Any tips to maintaining weight loss while injured? I recently began eating much healthier and exercising. My goal is to lose between 15 - 20 lbs by the end of October. I am on week three of this and I%26#039;ve lost five-six pounds. However, I have injured my foot and I%26#039;m now unable to wear a shoe for atleast a week, which means no cardio for a week. I really don%26#039;t want to gain back what I%26#039;ve lost, as I feel better about myself and the way I%26#039;m going about a healthier lifestyle. Any suggestions?

Eat less to compensate for the inactivity, or at least less high calorie food.
