I have been exercising every day and look good with much flatter stomach, why no weight loss? Ater exercising every day on the exercisie bike and treamill I have a much flatter stomach, slimmer thighs and smaller flatter butt. But I have not lost one pound.
How can I look so much slimmer without losing any weight?

In order to lose weight, put muscle in some more places by starting a whole body workout with weights. The more of your body you turn to muscle, the higher your metabolism will be,
since even at rest muscle burns calories. Combine that with a slight diet, and you will lose pounds.
The cardio took the fat from the unhealthy places, like your abdomen, so your health is much better because of that.
