How much weight loss will happen? How much weight do u thjink ill lose if i do this until august 20?
Biking with vigoous or moderate effort for 30 minutes, Walking on treadmill 1 hour and 30 minutes, and occasionally jogging slowly for 30 minutes. i wont be jogging everyday...maybe only one day a week or 2 days a week..i dont know. its with my dad, at night. so it depends on his schedule.
along with it will be a healthy diet of 1200 calories. drinking 10 cups of water, and getting 9 hours of sleep, and eating fruits and vegetables and lean meats, whole grains, and taking B vitamins for energy.
ive already started for 2 days..i%26#039;m 13 and 170 and 5%26#039;8. my dad is helping me with it also, im not doing it all on my own. i dont feel discouraged enough to quit, i feel good about what im doing. but how do u think ill lose by august 20? i wanna lose 20 lbs by september, or mid september.

ive already been dieting for weeks, and did light excercising, now im kicking it up a bit.

Sweetie that is a great plan! If you stay with this consistently, the weight will begin to fall off. The key is to get you heart rate up. If your not sweating buckets and slightly out of breath you need to kick it up more. The first week you wont see much change, the second week it should fall off. Aug. 20 is a month and 5 days away, I think you can lose 15 lbs by then and still be healthy. Good luck

  • If you stick to your plan may be twenty pounds or fifteen. It depends if you stick with your plan or cheat.
  • You will probably lose two pounds a day, if your able to maintain your exercise. I don%26#039;t know how long you have been exercising, but you really have to work your way up. Doing that much too quickly can leave you in serious pain. I know from experience. You should really try doing your exercise everyday. One day may not be enough. Beware of the sudden stop! Sometimes you may just stop losing. I%26#039;m on 1200 calories diet, and have been exercising everyday, but I%26#039;m at a stand still right now. -_- I think you just have to keep going. If your going to the gym, try the eliptical, it burns more calories than the treadmill. I use to do the treadmill, but the elliptical is much better! Good luck! I hope you lose it. Oh and if you want a really good gym membership, go to Ballys! They have a plan, where after two months, if you want to cancel you can. You just have use your pass AT LEAST 17 days, and go to you mandatory 3 personal trainer dates. You set the dates. It%26#039;s really nice. After those two months, you can get get on the month to month membership, where you pay from month to month, or the three year membership. I%26#039;m trying to lose 20lbs too, so yea...
  • It depends on your age and body type levels. The older you are the slower you metabolism levels. If you have a slimmer body then you%26#039;ll lose weight faster.
