For women and men what are some very good tips for weight loss?
i need all the advice i can get for eg; i heard drinking water with lemon in it helps also ........ i hear eating less like once a day ?? could that possibly work????? im sick of being a fatasss

do 100 sit ups EACH DAY. you wont see results if you stop at aalll.it mite take 2 weeks to notice.
then jog a mile everyday
cut back on food...
maybe have like cereal or special K for breakfast
then lunch have 1 sandwhich
then have like chicken or ribs for dinner....
dont have cheetos cookies oreos or bread...itll mess u up

increase lean protein, get rid of junk carbs, increase veggies, increase good fats, train hard, sleep enough.
Do the basics...skip fads, pills, and other too good to be true miracles.

Hey , well eating less actually is counter productive because it slows down your metabolism. It is recommended that you eat 6 SMALL meals ( kinda breaking up 3 meals into 6, portion control) with two healthy snacks like fruit, yogurt or sugar free jello. Stick to a bowl of oatmeal or whole wheat toast with egg whites for breakfast , a nice whole wheat turkey and cheese with lettuce tomatoes, onions, vinegar ( hm mm making me hungry) sandwich and for dinner try veggies with meat and a baked potato. I love food so I don%26#039;t feel that taste has to be compromised when eating well . I lost 50 lbs just eating right. A 30 minute walking in place in front of your television workout wouldn%26#039;t hurt ( actually I strongly recommend it) and you%26#039;ll lose weight in not time .. hope my advice was helpful... make it a New Years Resolution .. i would probaily no eat as much junk food and work out a least 2 times a week!
