Is a weight loss of 3lb in 2weeks acceptable?
or is it just normal body fluctuations? I am not trying to lose it drastically, i am only about 14lb overweight but I want to shift it as soon as i can to maintain a healthy weight.

Generally weight watchers reckon 2 lb per week. If you are exercising remember muscle is denser than fat. Watch out for weight fluctuation caused by loss of fluids.

without exercise weight loss is not a good process it has a side effect. So take a step to start exercise and arrange balance diet. You will loss your weight which is over within few month.

yes it is acceptable. u can lose tht much weight depending on ur diet and/or how much u exercise.
its not a drastic loss so dont worry, everything is perfectly fine =)
