Is replacing sugar with dried grapes or raisins helpful in weight loss?

I think you can sweeten your drinks with sweetener meant for diabetics, a small sachet is equivalent to 2 teaspoons. Its a bit expensive tho.I think you should not worry about not having enough sugar in your body, because carbohydrates like bread, rice, pasta, potatoes and other sticky stuff contains quite an amount of sugar in them. And also everthing is converted to sugar or glucose after digestion and if in excess, the remaining sugar is converted to fat. Therefore, I always advise people who are on weight-loss diet, not to take sweet drinks after meals to prevent the excess sugar being converted to fat thus aiding in weight gain.Happy dieting!

Aren%26#039;t dried grapes and raisins the same thing? I can%26#039;t imagine sprinkling raisins in my coffee.
