Why is there so much info on weight loss instead of weight gain?

Why is there so much info on weight loss instead of weight gain? i find it really hard to keep weight on i do look healthy but wouldnt mind putting on a few more pounds everywhere not just in one place by eating junk, do you know of anywebsites for a balanced diet or weight gain tips ?

even if u want muscle tho, dont eat too much protein cuz it can damage ur kidneys
and the reason theres so much stuff out there on weight loss is because most ppl want to lose weight, not vice versa. if u walked out into a street in a city, for example, and asked 20 ppl if they would like to lose a few pounds (altho this would b really rude!) their honest replys would probs make an atleast 15/20 yeses. good luck! 0% 0 Votes

  • Google would be the best place. Protiens are good for keeping your wieght consistant, lots of nuts and meat etc. Also carbs, lots of pasta and white bread, but make sure it is all in moderation and consumed as a balanced diet 0% 0 Votes

    do NOT use junk food to bulk up unless you want to have a heart attack.
    You can eat good lean protiens and get a great result.

  • What to Eat to Gain Weight
