Tell me how you did it and what you continue to do now that helps keep it off.

I used Atkins drink only for 3 months, then started to incorporate a sensible low carb, high protein diet.I lost120 lbs in a year and have kept it off for 3 years. Today, I eat more fruit, vegs, less carbs and less proteins. I also have sweets on occasion. I also walk 5 days a week, and climb stairs 4 times a day. 100% 1 Vote

    I now know what all food does once it goes into your mouth. You will not have any obstacles after reading this book.

    I have not been doing this for 2 years,( only 9 months) but this is a life time way of eating for me. I am almost at my goal weight. No more fad diets or pills of any kind.

  • I lost 40 pounds four years ago for my wedding walking and doing some weights and I have kept it off making some simple changes, like regular pop for diet or just plain lemon water. I love hiking and my husband and I go to the mountains, that help me keep it off. But what I really think that helps me is to treat myself with something at least once a week, a slice of pizza or some ice cream,something that is not diet or fat free, that way I satisfied my cravings and helps me to keep my mind out of food I know it won%26#039;t be good for my waist. I keep the servings small and I only eat one thing.I also try to workout, at least 45 minutes a day, that helps me keep the focus on my healthy weight. 0% 0 Votes
