Whey helps with muscles, after you lift i know your muscles kind of get very small rips and the protein helps fix those rips faster, thats why after you lift your muscles are a lot bigger. Whey could make you gain some pounds because muscles weigh more than fat. Whey won%26#039;t make you lose weight, whey give you more protein for your daily value. I dont think drinking whey will make a huge effect

not at all. whey protein is good for you in so many ways. you shouldnt get big and bulky if you%26#039;re not like..bench-pressing alot of weight or something like that.

not true! do you lift weights ? if yes, protein shakes are great! i have one everytime i work out. and am in great shape not bulky, just toned
