I heard that eating grapefruit before a meal can help you with weight loss. If so, how much do I have to eat, and how much time before the meal.....and if I save the unused portion, does the unused portion lose its weight loss properties?
Could I actually just make a lot of grapefruit juice and save it in the fridge and use it along the week, or would I have to use a fresh grapefruit every day? 100% 1 Vote

Grapefruit diet sounds great (and yummy!) but keep in mind that it can interact with some medications and recent studies have shown that there is an increase in breast cancer in women who eat a lot of grapefruit or drink a lot of grapefruit juice.
