I wasn%26#039;t a fan of herbalife, but different things work differently for others. One fabulous thing I did lose weight off of and did it in a healthy manner was, I got this book or books (3 come together) called the Fat flush plan by Anne Gittleman. You lose weight by eating. No pills or anything like that. Just pure healthy food. She combines drinking certain things in the morning in combination with eating enough fiber and not eating foods containing unnecessary contaminates. I felt alive, like really energetic and clean. It flushes out the toxins and such from your liver, which helps contribute to weight gain, or not losing weight. When your liver is busy trying to eliminate toxins from not good choice foods, it slows the whole process of losing weight down.
Anyway, I%26#039;m not trying to preach to you, but if you want to lose weight effectively,pills are not the way or healthy way to do it, and once you stop taking those pills, and if you%26#039;re still not eating right, then you%26#039;re going to gain every pound back + usually 10 more. Just learn to eat right and you should be able to shed pounds like nothing. You should check into her books, contains cook books and everything you pretty much need to know about food. Check it out on line, it%26#039;s not expensive for the 3 books I think I paid $25 and it has changed my life forever. I%26#039;m greatful that I decided to just check into it. I%26#039;ve tried herbalife, hoodia, envy, and someothers that made me jittery or sick feeling. $25 book v.s. a cpl hundred dollars you%26#039;ll end up spending on that herbalife....how are those nasty chalky tasting shakes and the pills taste? There is no %26quot;magic pill%26#039; for losing weight. Love yourself enough to know that. I%26#039;m not trying to attack you with this, just know what you%26#039;re putting into your body always. Oh yeah, and what I always thought was funny about diet pills is that it always says...they%26#039;ll work in conjunction with eating properly and exercise, if you%26#039;re eating right and exercising, why would you need to take the weight loss pills anyway? It%26#039;s a gimick. I like how the lady above me was all over it...%26quot; I can sell you some!%26quot; I tried herbalife cause my bestfriend started sellling them, and he relized they were crap, too and decided he wasn%26#039;t going to help contribute to selling people crappy fake pills. Trust me, you%26#039;re body deserves better than diet pills. Plus the food in her books tasted great! All food you can by yourself, learn how to cook different meals and feel great knowing what you%26#039;re putting in your body is going to make you look and feel better. Do more research on what herbalife pills actually contain, and how unhealthy some (most) of that crap is for you. Look up the ingrediants. Diet pills are never approved by the FDA...hmmmm....I wonder why? Kinda like why cigs aren%26#039;t approved either. They aren%26#039;t going to approve stuff they know isn%26#039;t good for your health.
