So i lost over 140lbs in less than a year. But the dam skin didnt retract back as my body did so im stuck in this state. Im penniless so i cant afford surgery. So i heard somewhere that swimming will help tremendously. Is that true? does anyone know of any helpful hints on how I can get my body looking the way it should. And is it possible for someone who once weighed 396 lbs to have a Greek God like body? lol
