My fat seems to be mostly in my stomach and around thighs. So I just work on cardio to lose the fat or should I build muscle throuhg weight training to speed up me metabolism?
Should I drink more coffee, because doesn%26#039;t it speed up you metab, I drink regular with a lil%26#039; milk and sugar that%26#039;s it. What things can I do to speed it up, my metab, what foods, really help in speeding up metab?
