Exercise doesn%26#039;t seem to help my weight loss. What should I do?
I want to shed about 5 pounds that I put on this winter but I%26#039;m finding it virtually impossible - though my body seems to suddenly put on weight quite easily.I%26#039;m very active: I normally go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Two of those sessions will include 45 - 50 mins of cardio and 20 minutes toning - then I will usually do 1 or 2 aerobics classes of varying intensity. I usually walk to the gym (uphill) for 15 minutes. I%26#039;m not eating a massive amount either - following weight watcher%26#039;s points plan. I%26#039;m deffinately not eating too little.Recently, the only way I%26#039;ve been able to lose weight is by almost starving myself - having a cup of vegetable soup when I feel hungry in the afternoon and adding a bit of chicken to that soup in the evening - but I find that with all of the exercise I do, I%26#039;m constantly famished. I%26#039;m literally so hungry that I can%26#039;t concentrate on my work. If I don%26#039;t do this I find it virtually impossible to lose weight gradually. Exercise makes me hungry! Help me!

If exercise will not help you then start eating more health and get a dairy so you can write what you eat and you can put in how much you exercise and put a week goal but not to much maybe around 1-4 pounds crust me this works I tried and eat a lot of fruit

It%26#039;s really hard to lose weight! It also depend on your age, as you age increases your metabolism slows. And don%26#039;t hurry up your slimming process. Just maintain a diet meal, not necessarily that you have to starve yourself. not eating is bad, it will only create a lot of complication. And continue exercising.
If your work is a desk job where you sit all day try to walk once in a while and have a little bit stretching.

It sounds ads though you need to eat more. soup twice per day and a little bit of chicken is not enough. Try small meals spaced 3hours apart. Make sure you make the right food choices.
Here is what I eat to loose weight:
6:30 am 1 cup weight watchers muesli with 1 scoop protein powder and skim milk
9:30am protein shake made with skim milk and i serve of fruit
12:30pm tuna and salad sandwich on wholegrain bread (no butter)
3:30pm protein shake made with skim milk and 1 serve of fruit
6:30pm small plate of lean meat and steamed veg
I am in bed by 9:30pm so I do not eat again after dinner. I limit myself to 2 coffees per day and make sure I drink 3 litres of water everyday.
My work out schedule looks like this:
Monday: 45min medium intensity cardio and 1hr yoga/pilates
Tuesday 30 min weight training 30 min medium intensity cardio
Wednesday: 45min high intensity cardio
Thursday: 1hour high intensity cardio
Friday or saturday: 30min weight training 30 min cardio
halfway to weight loss goal

maybe your body has achieved the optimum level.my tutor told me that for people who exercise regularly, their improvement is slow compared to beginner.so maybe if you lose weight after this, it is only lost of water
