I%26#039;m 5%26#039;6, 135lb, my BMI is normal. If you wouldn%26#039;t tell great looking people at the gym to stop working out because they look healthy already and are fit, then please by all means do not tell me this nor tell me that I am obsessed with my weight.
I have increased my jog from 2 miles to 5 miles (3 during my lunch hour at work and 2 when I get home after work) I lift weights every other day.
