I%26#039;ve hit a weight loss %26quot;plateau%26quot;. WANT to lose 10 more lbs in a month, what more to do? I%26#039;ve lost 10lbs easily in 1 month with a good diet and little to no exercise. This time I added exercised to my diet and I can%26#039;t seem to lose anymore weight. Yes I understand that I may be building muscle mass, but there has to be some other way where I can get out of this plateau and lose a little more weight within a month. I lost 10lbs in April, stopped my diet for a month, and started it back in June. I%26#039;ve gained 2lbs, which I%26#039;m not worried about, yet it%26#039;s been over a month since I started exercising while back on my healthy diet as I was in April and the weight just wont budge.

I%26#039;m 5%26#039;6, 135lb, my BMI is normal. If you wouldn%26#039;t tell great looking people at the gym to stop working out because they look healthy already and are fit, then please by all means do not tell me this nor tell me that I am obsessed with my weight.

I have increased my jog from 2 miles to 5 miles (3 during my lunch hour at work and 2 when I get home after work) I lift weights every other day.

My diet includes lots of water, fruits, veggies, fiber, protein (whey protein also)

What else to do?!?!
