No these don%26#039;t work. Nothing melts fat in any way. If any of these actually worked they%26#039;d make a fortune. You can take an appetite suppressant but the only ones that work you have to get from your doctor. Try a different exercise unlike what you currently do (maybe pilates or circuit training) and try a healthier diet like south beach or something like it where you can get more calories. Alot of the celebs have good genes and fast metabolisms. The rest have personal chefs or home delivery of low glycemic foods. well i wouldnt cause it just mkaes you tired from buring fat then uare out of energy then you slow down for a while then it keeps slowing down....and so on and so on

If you have an undiagnosed health problem, it sure could. You could get very thin indeed, skeletal. That means dead...so don%26#039;t do it. Please.

Combining pills of any kind present possible dangers. Forget the pills and just lower your caloric intake by 500 calories a day. Works just as well - and better sometimes, than pills.
