Would a weight loss of ten pounds be noticeable on me????????

  • Honey, whoever told you you should only weigh 98 lbs for your height ought to be gagged. That is not enough weight at all. 108 is even a little on the skinny side. You should weigh at least 110-115 for your height to be healthy. And for the exercise you are doing, I don%26#039;t know how you are getting by on 1300 calories a day. you must be starving all the time. The average person should be eating 1500 to 2000 calories a day, especially if they are exercising like you.

You are probably in excellent physical shape and look great at the weight you are right now, if you lose any more weight you will look emaciated and sickly. Please don%26#039;t try and lose any more weight. And also an FYI: Muscle weighs more than fat, and I%26#039;ll bet you don%26#039;t have an ounce of fat on your body anywhere.

Just keep doing what you are doing, and eat healthy foods and you will be just fine. Don%26#039;t believe what ever idiot it was that told you you should only weigh 98 pounds. Maybe if you want to be an anorexic, or bulemic, which you don%26#039;t...trust me on this one.

Women need a certain percentage of fat on their body to even menstruate. If you are not menstruating yet, or have stopped, then you are already probably too thin, and need to gain a little weight, depending on how old you are.

To Oldtimekid: You didn%26#039;t read the whole question. She already IS exercising a LOT. Common sense baby!!! 20% 1 Vote
