To me, it makes sense that if I move to another country, I must learn their language and understand their culture and customs. Not to also follow in them, but to understand the citizens of the country to be able to get along with them.
It really doesn%26#039;t make sense to come to a country and expect them to learn my language and customs. Thats just ludicrous. But we know who does that the most, don%26#039;t we?

You must be an immigrant who does not write good English.
It%26#039;s fair enough to learn the language and customs of the host country but keep in mind that we immigrants have to practice (not impose) our own language and tradition because they%26#039;re a part of our true Identity.
they should also learn to spell, but alas this is not a perfect world
Your question is the perfect example of the problem
I think you have to learn the language if you%26#039;re living there... You still can speak your own with your family but how are you going to communicate when you go out? When you get on the bus, when you need to ask something what are you gonna do? My boyfriend is Scottish and he lives in my country with me.. and now he%26#039;s learning my language... i think that%26#039;s a good example..
