I live in the USA, and I started a website to play free flash games. I wanted to know if it is legal to copy games from the popular site www.newgrounds.com and to put them on my website. I would not be claiming authorship of the game, I would only host them. I want to run a legitimate and legal website, and I was not sure if this would be a violation of copywright laws.
